Delete branch "fix/ci-serial-builds"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Since build-viddl was added, build and build-viddl started
concurrently and both fail within ~10s with no step logs, while the
identical build job succeeded before and the solo test job still
passes - consistent with two concurrent buildah builds colliding on
the runner's shared container storage. build-viddl now waits for
build. The action is also pinned to a SHA instead of floating @main
so upstream changes cannot break CI unannounced.
