The ytdlp Application stays in argocd/application.yaml; the viddl
Application moves to its own directory so each service's app
definition can be applied and maintained separately:
kubectl apply -f argocd/application.yaml
kubectl apply -f viddl/argocd/application.yaml
Also realigns the viddl destination namespace with the manifests
(all deploy/viddl resources live in namespace ytdlp).
