The viddl ArgoCD application now lives directly at
viddl/application.yaml (no intermediate argocd folder) and deploys
everything into a new dedicated viddl namespace: namespace manifest,
all deploy/viddl resources moved over. Because the vsgw object store
stays in ytdlp, the deployment sets VSGW_SERVICE_HOST/PORT to the
cross-namespace service DNS explicitly (env injection only works
same-namespace) and documents copying the vsgw secret into viddl
once.
