The ytdlp and viddl Applications were deleting themselves at sync
because their manifests were not present in their own source paths.
This adds the Application manifests to their respective source paths
(deploy/application-ytdlp.yaml and deploy/viddl/application-viddl.yaml)
so ArgoCD always finds them during sync. The original paths
(argocd/application.yaml and viddl/application.yaml) are kept as
identical copies for convenience with kubectl apply.
