ci: replace actions/checkout with git clone in test container 7cde4417c2

The runner does not inject node into job containers, so the
node-based actions/checkout fails in python:3-slim-trixie. The test
job now checks out with plain git (installed on the fly) using the
job token, keeping the python-only container.

ci: use standard actions/checkout with a python+node container 3e53b216d0

The runner does not inject node into job containers, so the test job
now runs in nikolaik/python-nodejs (python 3.13 + node 24, matching
the app image and checkout@v6) and uses actions/checkout again
instead of the manual git clone.

ci: use actions/setup-python instead of a third-party image 4c62d219e8

Drops the nikolaik/python-nodejs job container (personal namespace,
no org backing) in favor of the standard pattern: checkout and
setup-python run in the runner's default container, which already
provides node.
