fix: support optional YouTube cookie file to bypass datacenter-IP 403s b8420014af

YouTube returns 403 to the cluster's egress IP even though the same
code works elsewhere (verified: extraction and download succeed with
the pinned versions). An exported browser cookie file, mounted from
an optional ytdlp-cookies secret to /etc/ytdlp/cookies.txt and
pointed at by YTDLP_COOKIEFILE, is passed to yt-dlp via a writable
copy (yt-dlp rewrites cookie jars; the secret mount is read-only).

fix: provide deno as JS runtime for yt-dlp be899922bf

yt-dlp warns that YouTube extraction without a JavaScript runtime is
deprecated and some formats go missing. The deno binary is copied in
from the official denoland/deno:bin image (pinned 2.9.6). Verified:
verbose extraction now reports 'JS runtimes: deno-2.9.6' and the
warning is gone.

fix: add bgutil PO token provider plugin and sidecar ea8fbe08d3

YouTube increasingly demands proof-of-origin tokens from flagged
(datacenter) IPs; the bgutil provider generates them automatically.
The yt-dlp plugin (bgutil-ytdlp-pot-provider 1.3.2) is pinned in
requirements and an HTTP provider sidecar
(brainicism/bgutil-ytdlp-pot-provider:1.3.2) runs on the default
port 4416 in the same pod - zero yt-dlp configuration needed.
Verified: verbose extraction lists 'PO Token Providers:
bgutil:http-1.3.2 (external)'.
